My car's door handle was broken during the repairs, and I was never informed that my repairs were going to take longer than I was told until after I had arrived to pick up my can. This senario happened twice during my repair process. I don't think a text or a phone call would have been too much to ask for to let me know not to come because my car wasn't ready yet.
