Prior to repairs commencing, I informed Gary Gardner about a loose mudflap near the point of impact. He said it would be fixed. I just got home and the flap is ajar again. It was not addressed, and I won't have time on a weekday anytime soon to bring the vehicle back to address this.

Jimmy has been my point of contact throughout the repair process and has been a pleasure to work with as he always provided up to date statuses regarding the repair process, delivery of parts and updates on timelines. Furthermore, he's been a great mediator between the adjuster Enrique and I; which helps us be on track and on the same page on expectations.
