The USAA representative was extremely great. She has always provide great service. I consider her a good friend and truly feel welcomed when I have to get work done on my vehicles at Kendrick's. I know the highest rating I can give is ten (10), but if I could she would give her a twenty plus.

This is the second car I've owned and had repaired by two separate kendricks locations. Both cars were repaired and both cars were damaged by the people repairing the cars. My current car I just picked up I was told that I have to take to the dealership and I have to have the dealership fix it because kendricks on 15th street doesn't know how to fix what they broke. I'll never use kendrick's again and have already passed the word on to all social media sites.
