I appreciate the work done on my van. I don't know the names of the people that did the work but I think every thing was done very well. Kellie Martin was very good and answered all my questions. All in all a very good job !

I was told by Brian that there they were able to fix the crack in house, which would be a 300 less than the estimate. It ended up 60 less...big difference. If you provide the patron a better cost then stick with it. I would have paid the original estimate.

I was called on the 30th & told that the truck would not be ready. I was told they needed to put 3 bolts on and wash the truck. I was told the truck would be ready in the morning. I called at 1238 on the 1st. I was told the truck was ready. I had my son meet me there and paid my deductible. I was taken to look at the truck & it was still being worked on. My son stayed to wait & I left. My son called me. He told me the lady at the front desk told him we showed up **** ****/2 hours early. Trust me had some at the business ever been honest when I called I never would have showed up. When my son left with the truck it still was not finished. We had to bring the truck back to be finished.
