Very poor followup. The owner, James insured me he was ver efficient with working with state farm and estimated my repair to be 14 days. Going in his advice I rented a vehicle on a weekly rate which is much cheaper. Well James did not know State far had given him the money to do the repairs. I found this out after he had my vehicle for 10 days and no work had been done.
Needless to say it took 32 days and an additional $782.00 in rental car expenses because he did not do what he said. He also refused to take any of the responsibility for the additional costs I incurred because I had to rent from day to day since he would not tell me a delivery date.
Do not use these guys. I gave 2 stars because at lease they did not damage anything else, but did leave tools inside the engine area and I had to show them all the bolts they did not tighten.
