Alex Perez could not have been more informative, accommodating or professional. Because of my experience w/Alex I have RENEWED faith in mankind again. Long story, but this accident came at a bad time in my life. The service and courtesy receives really have me a fresh look and has uplifted my perception. Thanks to Alex and the crew that put my Black Betty (dodge truck) back to good as new. I can't say snuff good. Again, no one knows what someone is going thru. But he took care of EVERY issue with excellence. And he has no idea that I was "on a ledge" at the time.

It took longer to get my van back then I would have liked, with that being said... I’m confident they kept it to make sure that all the repairs were done correctly. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly! The end result was complete satisfaction! Thank you to Kyle and also the manager Clark for calling me personally, to explain what was happening with my van and for taking care of my deductible! Very much appreciated! Also, Kyle was very helpful in explaining everything yesterday when I picked up my van! Then again this morning when I called him about moisture in my fog light. He was very much on top of it and set it up to be fixed right away! Thank you! ????????????

YES YES. I CANT BEGIN TO THANK ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT HELPED US WITH OUR CAR. LET ALONE HOW QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL THEY TREATED ME. They kept me informed of the progress on the work they were doing to my car daily!!! From the minute I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. To my insurance adjuster Kelly **** who was excellent and answered all my questions plus listened to me “ramble on” about the “fender bender” , she even listened to me about my health problem and my family concerns !!! Thanks you Kelly!!! Now I move on to Dylan Robison. - General Manager. Thanks so much for getting my car fixed like I said to him “It looks like nothing ever happened !!!’ Thanks so much for taking such good care of car. I even had a few things that were not related to the accident that I asked him about and he got right on it and gave me an estimate on the spot!!! I was glad to find out that they also do repairs that are not insurance related. All I can say is if you need anything done to your vehicle I highly recommend Service King at 3756 E Bell Rd in Phx AZ All the staff will be kind and courteous to you. THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU!!!! The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The work was very good, Clay is a wonderful person. So polite and answered all my questions. Let me know the progress quickly. I like Service King. paint was not to my satisfaction or your standards on initial attempt to deliver. On second attempt quality was much better but still found two blemishes after closer I section at home
