An absolute friendly environment all way round! The atmosphere is cool and calm and the very nice lady at the front desk for Service King possesses a welcoming professional presence. The affiliates onsite, GEICO and Enterprise, matched the attitude and energy of the Service King employees. In my personal experience, this was my first time to make a body damage claim with my insurance and first time ever to have left my vehicle anywhere to be sorted out and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Kudos to Brian (service king rep), Alex (geico rep), Raquel (enterprise rep) and everyone in between!!!!!!!!!!!!! If feedback is on a scale, you all are a 10!! Thank you so much!

From the moment that I had walked into the office area, Alina welcomed me and offered me freshly made coffee. She was attentive and was very helpful in making sure that all of my questions were addressed. The waiting time throughout each stage was minimal. Jack, my representative is very knowledgable in and I immediately felt that I was in good hands. I can tell from the way he communicated to me that every detail that was discussed was going to be addressed. Needless to say, I received my car earlier than guestimated. The back of my car looks like a brand new car. I've already recommended Service King in Atwater to several people.

Dylan was super professional. Kept me in the loop on what was happening with my car at every step, and explained things thoroughly! Not making me feel like an idiot because I know nothing about cars. This whole experience (being in my wreck... finances... insurance... blah blah blah) was incredibly stressful... but Dylan made everything so chill. True to their word they kept me informed on my car repair. Each person I came in contact with at the shop was friendly and helpful. I felt respected. I can’t say enough about Bob who took care of my car. The receptionist also. When I asked questions they took their time to answer them so I would understand. It’s really too bad that this is a repair facility. I would take my car to them for regular maintenance. They are honest and trustworthy.

OVERALL SEVERAL OF THE INTERIOR HEADER PANELS AND SIDE PANELS ALONG THE TAIL GATE WERE NOT REPLACED OR REINSTALLED CORRECTLY. HEADER INSIDE HAD DIRTY FINGER PRINT MARKS ON IT. DRIVERS SIDE PASSENGER DOOR WEATHER STRIPING APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF AND REPLACED WITH THE STRIPPING BEING DEFORMED AND LOOSELY REPLACED. PER THE SERVICE TECH IT WAS NOT TOUCH AND IT IS EXPECTED THAT I PICK UP THE REPLACEMENT COST! I DO NOT AGREE WITH THAT AT ALL. REAR BUMPER BACKUP SENSOR WAS NOT PAINTED AND LOOKED GRAY AND NOT THE SAME COLOR OF THE CAR. REAR BUMPER APPEARS TO HAVE ADDITIONAL CRIMPLE SPOT THAT WAS NOT IDENTIFIED AT THE TIME OF THE ESTIMATE OR REPAIR. AT THIS POINT I AM COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH HOW MY VEHICLE WAS HANDLED AND ESPECIALLY HOW IT WAS RETURNED TO ME. MANAGER IS GOING TO TAKE IN MY VEHICLE TO PAINT THE SENCOR, ORDER NEW CLIPS FOR THE PANEL / HEADER AND REPLACEMENT COST FOR PASSENGER SIDE WEATHER STRIPPING. WHICH AGAIN I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ABSORB THAT ADDITIONAL COST. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE DETAILS. DISPLEASED CUSTOMER.

My Jeep’s main issue was addressed but it was left dirty. There is still tape residue still on my taillights, bondo dust on my trim and I am missing my radio antenna. My vehicle was completed 5 days before the anticipated date but it seems like it was rushed to get back to me. I did not have time to address this when I picked up my vehicle due to moving my schedule around to pick up my vehicle because it was completed early.
