The repair was done satisfactorily. But the person I had an appointment with fail to show so I left the can and returned several hours later and sign the papers. When I called to see if it was ready no one could tell me anything. Rove Finally I received a call from the manager telling me that they were waiting an a part. It would have been a satisfactory experience if they had kept me informed. I didn’t like being kept in the dark wondering what day my car would be ready.

This was such a sressfee experience. Conrad was quick and informative. I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle. The transition to a rental (Enterprise) was great as well. I was picked up and dropped off with minimal wait times.
I hope to never NEED you again but should the situation arise, Service King at Thousand Oaks will be my first call. I will also recommend you to family and friends.

The length it took to repair my vehicle was ridiculous. Then when I picked it up I had questions about why a few things looked the way it did and the questions weren’t answered the way I thought they should be so I’ll be taking it elsewhere to be looked at. The grill didn’t even have the emblem put back on it. Just ridiculous.
