Robert was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any of my questions and he made sure I was informed (with updates) about the progress/status of the repairs on my car. Robert was very friendly and I was fortunate to be able to work with him. He was also helpful when it came to my questions about the insurance claim. I would highly recommend SK to anyone!

Cindy Bliss was super nice and sweet. She helped me with my repair and explained everything to me clearly. When i had issues with insurer's company, she was nice and patience to wait for my paper work to be emailed. After my car's repair was done, she went through the repair and stressed what needed to be paid attention on after repair. She really cares! And she is smiling all the time, that makes people around her happy. Service King fixed my car, and Cindy Bliss comfort me after all this trouble.
