Ya'll this place is great! I came in to have my back bumper replaced and it was a easy as pie experience. My car is beautiful again! The other person's insurance paid for everything so I'm not sure about cost, but service wise, efficiency, communication, and just over all kindness was spot on. You guys even cleaned my car for me!! You kept me up to date on everything and the communication is much appreciated.
There were issues with the rental car and the other party's insurance but one of the receptionists resolved it as quickly and diligently as they could. I know it was annoying and everyone had to go above and beyond the usual efforts but they made it their priority to iron it all out for me. I think it could have gone a lot worse but she was super helpful. On the day it was ready, the other receptionist, Stormy waited ten minutes after closing for me to come pick it up because I was at work. She was very kind. It's also super convenient that your business is so close to the car rental company and that they have a partnership.
I also needed a oil change but your crew politely mentioned they don't do those services but pointed me to a really great shop in walking distance. Over all I am happy with my experience.
