Excellent center and the person taking care of me, krystle (sp?) was particularly, professional, thorough, and impressive.
This experience was particularly welcome , a particularly good “breath of fresh air” after I had a particularly bad experience at another Service King Center in Memphis 6 months ago. That other center was a horrible experience!
So much so I waited months to have this body shop job done. I did not want to risk another near traumatic experience. Only because someone in my insurance office said this center was good did I risk it. I hope you can get your other centers up to this standard.
