The service advisor was super nice. The communication was outstanding. They even fixed some things that I didn’t expect. So impressed with their customer service.

An assigned project manager saw the quality of the work through from start to finish. I appreciated the friendly welcome. Upon leaving and driving away from the repair shop I discovered my secondary airbag alert flashing on my dash, indicating an issue with my secondary airbags. I am sure I will need to drive back up to the repair shop to have this remedied as it is directly associated to the damage that was repaired. I tried to immediately call the Service King shop, however, it was after 6:00 (I picked up my vehicle 3 minutes until 6) and the shop was closed. I was unable to reach my representative.
