I filled out the survey I was sent. I was happy with the service but did reply that alignment was off and it made a noise. No one responded so I called. Now they're saying I bottomed out and there's damage. That did not happen after I received it. When I drove the vehicle home I noticed the alignment and a day or so later I noticed the noise when I turned the music off. They are refusing to fox it or look at the survey to see what I said. I believe it was damaged when I received it back

I’m picked up my car today and my steering wheel is suddenly very loose and my check engine light is on and it wasn’t on when I dropped off the car. I’m a little concerned what may have happened. I’m taking it to have it checked ASAP. Other then that the staff was great, very friendly and I appreciate the text messages updating me on my car.
