The extra area of repair that I had done on my jeep and paid for out-of-pocket was left with a paint chip so that was a little disappointing. The 25 minute wait for a rental car with one person in line was also a little disappointing. But I do have to say that the customer service was excellent.

It is nice that your hours match with enterprise. Very convenient. The front desk lady was very professional and courteous. The same as the guy who informed me about the repairs. The text updates were a little annoying considering you guys also left voice mail. But, overall a very nice experience.
