Roamed Shackelford was amazing. He explained everything to me step by step by step and kept me updated throughout the process. I had an issue with the gas tank only allowing me to fill it to the halfway mark. He explained that it all looked good from what they could tell. He advised me to try again and if it still isn't filling up to give him a call on Monday. I tried to fill the tank and it again only filled to the halfway mark. I will be giving Roamel a call on Monday.
PS. The service from the staff to other customers appeared to be just as professional.
