Steering isn't smooth as it should be and vehicle seem to unaligned as it is moving toward right when steering left un-attended. I am going to test ride few more miles to see if anymore problems.

My exhaust pipe fell up from underneath my car on my way to work with my baby in my car after I have my car service the day before. I had to wait 2 hours for a tow truck due to volume of service they had with my baby in the cold. I was harassed the first day when I drop my car off by the manager on ****-20 service king. Then when I got back to pick the car up I was harassed for the payment of a deductible that my insurance already paid while I was returning my rental car. I very disappointed in the service and wish they would be into my car more then hassling me about a payment that was already made a day after I drop the car off by my insurance. The supervisor or Manager name is Kerrie thats really rude since day one.
