I’m not sure why they have you schedule an appointment because you have to wait once you arrive. Paperwork is not ready, service technicians are not ready. With a 7:30 appointment I didn’t leave their shop until 9:30. Also, the technician reported to me and my insurance company that my vehicle was complete, when he knew he was still waiting on a part. Why was that? It took an additional 2 days for the part to arrive and be installed. In the meantime my insurance company is calling me asking why I haven’t returned the rental. So frustrating!
