Sloppy work. I'm not happy with service king quality of service

Everything was great except when we initially went in to set up an appointment, the man said he made an enterprise reservation for me the following Monday. So when I arrived at opening, I expected to have a car ready, to which they said there was no reservation. I was late to work because it took an additional 45 to get the reservation started and get a car to the shop.
Other than that, Frank was efficient and nice! Repair looks great!

The repair was done efficiently and within 3 days. Robert Stynski kept me updated daily on the progress. He also arranged for someone to take me home the day I left the car for repair and delivered the car to me whe the repairs were complete as I had no one to pick me up or drop me off at the shop.
