My 2nd time here in a movie nth and a half and my experience was as great of this time as the first. I highly recommend this shop. Monte is amazing and knows customer service. If I need these services again I know just where to go.

My only comment would that all estimates remained at 4/2 delivery until the very end when it was completed on 3/23. This cost me extra rental fees. The car seems great!

Lack of communication, did not release my fixed car because insurance check had not arrived, but come to find out check did not need to be in office for my car to be released to me, then when I left in my fixed car mile down the road my check engine light came so I called Josh and he said, they did not touch any wires and he didn't know what else to tell me, I said okay bye. This does not display customer service.

I was frustrated with the lack of communication. The automated text messages were not correct. I also would've liked to know the progress on my vehicle before I called. I had to call a few times to get information rather than being contacted directly.
