It was a Terrible experience! Service rep did not keep status of my car. After a week of no communication. I called Service King to status of my repairs. Could not get a straight answer regarding status or timing of completion. I elevated my concerns to manger. Was told that car would be ready at end of week. Got no communication the remainder of week. I called on Friday to get time to pick up car. After waiting 10 minutes on hold. Was told it would be Monday. Called on Monday car still not ready and when I asked why? Got a response about status from the receptionist. She had no knowledge whatsoever but communicated
that it might be ready tomorrow. Needless to say it was not ready the next day. Service Rep and mangemt were misleading and not transparent through our process. Will not be a customer again. Please do not call me to explain after the fact.
