I dealt with several employees during the time my car was being repaired and they were ALL knowledgeable, professional and very helpful and also very calming, as my car was quite damaged , and I was really distressed about it. They had everything well coordinated with the car rental company and my insurance company and could not have made the whole ordeal simpler. Service King made everything extremely convenient, not a detail was missed. Also, I received texts with progress updates and they had the repair completed in about a third of the time than originally estimated. I will go to them without hesitation in the future and will let others know of my completely positive experience.

Guys did an amazing job, went above and beyond my expectations. They had the vehicle fixed, and ready to go wayyyy quicker than I expected. Also took some extra time to put some after market things back on the car that I had attached to the damaged pieces they replaced. When I left they made one simple mistake of not plugging something in all the way so when I brought it back briefly they took it and had it fixed up in about 5 mins and also apologized an gave me a 25$ gift card for the inconvenience. If someone asked me if they should bring they’re car to service king’s I’d tell HELLLL YEAA! ????????????
