Very pleased with repair and the time it took. Not so happy with the rental car Geico gave us though and the fact that I did not get a call back from them regarding that.

Nathaniel was especially helpful because the day my car was scheduled for completion, my husband went into ICU. Nathaniel made sure my car was ready for p/u in the very tight timeframe I have was comfortable leaving the hospital to go get it. I was VERY grateful.
