Nobody else works on my car other than the Service King here in Plano, off 75. Charles and all the guys in the back, are great to work with. Not to mention the girls in front always having a smile on their face and ready to welcome you at 7 o'clock in the morning. My car came out looking great as usual. I definitely would, and have recommended Service King to friends who are always satisfied. So, I know it's not just me. Anyways special thanks to Charles!! He keeps me up to date and always gets my car back to me on time. You can't beet the service at Service King!! The people,the quality of work, and the great attitudes of the folks that work there!!! Anytime I've ever ben asked who should i taje my car to, I always give Charles' card, and send them to Service King!!! Haven't had any regrets yet!!!!

My service advisor Ryan was the best anyone could ask for. He called me daily to give me updates and ask if I had any questions. Super polite. Wish all places and people were so considerate. I have never been treated so well in all my 62 years. Made me feel so special. Can't recommend Service King or Ryan any higher than the best ever. When I contacted Service King I was given an advisor who I met with within a couple of days of my accident. Upon arriving I was instantly greeted by another friendly advisor who proceeded to locate ****. My issue was handled quickly and my car was left that day. Within a few days I was contacted to let me know the progress. Later on that same day I was called again by **** and told my car was ready for pickup. My insurance adjuster said it would take about 4 days to fix my car. I picked up my car today. It looked better today than when I purchased it. My car was completely detailed and looked fabulous. Everyone at the Polaris Location were great and very professional. Thanks again and I will recommend them to anyone in the future.
