Left inside of my truck dirty.

I went to caliber collision originally and was very unsatisfied with the feed back from them, so I decided to go service king that same day. When i got off my vehicle I was immediately greeted by Andres not only was he welcoming he was honest and very knowledgeable he told me he could service my car as soon as Monday! I came back Monday and again was greeted by Andres on a name to name bases which made me feel like I was in a good place and was going to be taken care of. He said he would contact me every tue. and thur. with an update on my vehicle. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and Andres faithfully called me everyday he said he would. That is beyond great customer service. He was always nice and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I had a concern that I thought I would have to contact my insurance for but he was able to help me and saved me a lot of time. Not only did my vehicle look like it had never been in an a accident when it was finished the one thing that made my experience a great one was the fact that I spoke with the same person (Andres) the whole time and was never left out of the loop. Although it was an unfortunate situation with my vehicle Andres was able to make the experience a great one! I will never take me vehicles for repairs anywhere else. I will definitely tell friends and family to go to service king and see Andres! Thank you Andres for being such a great employee you set the standards high!

What an awesome group of people. From the greeting from Nancy and the awesome service from Roni, I couldn't be more pleased. When I was told my car was ready cor pickup, a severe thunderstorm ripped through San Marcos with hail. The manager and others moved my car and others under awnings to protect the cars. Too cool. Great work Service King! Will recommend them to anyone who will listen
