They broke every clip on every light plug. Left 8 bolts missing ,broke both brackets for the turn indicators left wheel weel skirts loose, a part fell off of passenger side when driving off. Took my refrigerant cap from suction side. The repairs were more than the value of vehicle so I had to take elsewhere to get tepaired. I retained ownership of vehicle but fully intend to repair. They tore and broke it apart. Breaking every clip during the process. I spoke to erice and she bevame tude on the phone and said the car was deemed a total loss. This message will be forwarded to others. Total disrespect from the shop. Starting with Erica to the technicians.
