I LOVED the text updates!!! I spent a few very short minutes speaking with the repair rep when dropping off & picking up my vehicle & he called one time to let me know the estimated itinerary and once to let me know it was ready for pickup. The texts along the way kept me at ease & kept me informed. Knowing the estimated itinerary/completion date was important b/c getting to the shop within 24 hours of completion took alot of juggling between working out of town, the rental car, a toddler/infant in daycare & with carseats, & coordinated frequent doctor visits from the accident too. Whew! Thank you!
