Body work appeared satisfactory but we were so disgusted by the overall appearance of the vehicle at pick up that we did not even closely inspect the body work. Vehicle is new with 3k miles and arrived in clean condition. There was clearly no clean up from the repair work. Interior was covered in dust, seats up & down, the few personal items left in the vehicle strewn about, plastic piece belonging to a rear door left in front seat and a considerable amount of change (13) missing from the console. Yellow tape was left in mulitple places on the interior and exterior and tape residue left on the exterior windows. The vehicle sat in the parking lot for a full business day waiting for us to pick it up. We arrived at the end of the business day with only 2 employees (including office personnel) left to address our concerns. They were friendly and did the best they could given the situation they were left with. We had a young child with us and were not prepared to wait while they attempt to clean the vehicle. For a business who partners with USAA and clearly supports the military with signage of 'Hire A Hero,' this business was obviously not prepared for an active duty military officer (in uniform) and prior service spouse to show up. Our expectation was to pick up a repaired and clean (not necessarily detailed) vehicle. That expectation was not met. We were very disappointed and will forward our experience to other possible customers as well as USAA.

Paint matched perfectly, done before time, friendly service. Receptionist very professional. Overall I was happy.
