Jason in Service King was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly. SK provided timely updates on my vehicle repair status. Repairs were completed before their estimated time. And most important, they did an excellent job to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to Jason and Service King team!

They failed to install (at least) two fasteners to my bumper, which means it was not fully secured to the body of the vehicle. The issue was remedied at that time, but I would not recommend Service King to family or friends.
