The lower grille was not painted as we had agreed upon. (I will return in May to ahve this done. The left fog light was not connected and I had to remove the trim and reinstall it. I have also noticed a few "grains" in the finish of the hood. I also think the bumper alignment is a bit off. My son has taken the car back to college with him and will not be home until mid-May.

The car took 3 days longer than the original estimate, and when I picked it up, it smelled like solvent inside the car and it made me nauseous. I have to drive with the windows down. I have no idea how long it will take to dissipate. All my stuff was put into 3 plastic bags, moved from their original location, in order for the interior to be cleaned. I had no idea they were going to do that. Perhaps they used a cleaning solution that is solvent based? I called and asked what was used inside the car, but never got a call back. I have leather seats and sheepskin covers, so I hope they didn't use a harsh chemical on those. Maybe it was used on the carpet? The paint looks great, however!

Incredible (and totally unnecessary) service when I came to pick up my vehicle during a cold rain--Tanya drove the car to the front, was warming it up, then wanted to highlight all the work--even though the rain was falling...as were the temperatures. Not required by me, but highly professional. well done.
