This was my second time using SK and I went back for a reason - you guys do great work, keep me informed on a regular basis, and provide awesome customer service. Plus, you are not too busy to be annoying - so many repair shops have a long wait and way too much business to keep up - I feel that you are somewhere in the middle and I really love that about SK - you feel that you will be taken care of and not lost in a sea of cars and people.
