Please share a huge thank you to Addie at the Murfreesboro Rd center. When I was trying to call Enterprise by phone to confirm my rental, I was accidentally directed to her phone. She took care of finding out my claim and confirmation numbers, even called Enterprise and made sure a car would be ready and called me back after hours to let me know. I call that going beyond the call of duty. Love the friendly service!
