Airport Auto Body is amazing! Airport Auto Body did the estimate, and helped with the insurance company and car rental. Brett also called with updates and helped with transportation to and from Enterprise. I received text updates on the repairs and estimated time the repairs would be done. The repairs were even done earlier than expected. The quality and customer service was great! Thank you, and I will definitely recommend you!

My wife claims that when she took the car in to be inspected and to have pictures taken the service advisor was cold and dismissive. When I picked up the car again the advisor was not caring. He asked me if I had looked at the vehicle which was parked outside, I said yes. So he did not bother to walk outside with me around the car to make sure I was completely satisfied. He did not seem to care.

The only thing i was disappointed with was the lack of communication from the shop. I recieved one text message the day I dropped off, and **** text msg the day i picked it up 3 weeks later. I had to call the shop 4 times for updates. 3 of those times the truck was not ready as told in previous communication. The work was great, the truck looks great, the office personnel were friendly and apolegetic.

Very pleasant, very good work.
Only thing to check out: When I went to pay for the service, I was told 487...so I said there is a mistake and the lady said, no, that's what it is. Then, we had **** take a look at the bill and he made the correction to 287--but if I had not said anything, I would have been overcharged quite a bit (an extra 200). Of course, this was not intentional, etc. but that's a pretty big money error. Not sure how that happened so you might want to check into it. Otherwise, everything, everybody there is great--thanks!
