Unfortunately, we've had the fortune of using Marco's a few times. What I mean by that is that between our two cars, we've had to take four trips to Marco's over the past two years. Car repairs are never fun but thankfully Marco's has made each visit stress-free and provided us with excellent, friendly service. With our newer car, we appreciate that you've been able to use original brand new manufacturer's parts. Simple repair to a sunroof took 13 days due to trouble sourcing parts. The interior was not dried or cleaned from the rain that got inside during this 13 days and the car now smells like mold. Also, I asked to see the repair before signing and the girl at the counter gave me such a stink face I went ahead and signed before looking since this shop was recommended by USAA. When my car finally came around I was very disappointed that there was adhesive from the crash wrap still all over the roof. It had already been 13 days and I was super tired of waiting for my car so I just took it. I did not even think to check the inside of the car until a mile down the street when I noticed greasy handprints all over the headliner and a big lump in the sunroof seal that was no there before. All in all a very poor experience but they did have nice coffee in the lobby. I will be posting this to yelp and sending pictures to the insurance company even though I don't have time for this.
