My sales guy did a great job as did the front desk assistant. Issue was that your emails on time of completion did not match what he said and it caused confusion. Further, the Service Agreement is poorly written in that is gives you complete discretion to spend my money beyond the estimate without calloinf me first. Fortunately, my guy agreed to do so. The end product looks good.
