Great customer service especially Steve Sy. He anticipated all my needs and answered my questions before I even asked. There was a small issue when I picked up my car, but it was quickly taken care of when I came back. Car accidents are never pleasant, but the repair process was as painless as possible. Would recommend Marcos to anyone!

People were very polite starting from the front desk to the person who was asked to wipe the small piece of dust by the bumper. The car was not released to us until everything was in pristine condition. The customer service was good. however, I would have liked to know ahead of time that the paint on the bumper wouldn't match the paint on the rear. I was kind of let down to find that out when i picked up the car. had I have known ahead of time i wouldn't have had expectations that my 7 month old car would look brand new again. the work done is beautiful, but the paint not going to match was a surprise to me. I should have been told that ahead of time.

The team is professional and therefore the job done is professional. Mine is a leased car so I was very particular about the body shop doing the job. The car was ready ahead of schedule and it was nicely washed, cleaned and waiting for me. I have seen other cars repaired by other body shops and noticed that after the work is done, the lights start going on whereas before the repair, no lights had been going on. I just got the car this afternoon, but so far everything looks perfect. I know that some body shops waive the deductible, and it is not the case with Valley Motor Center, but I am quite confident that once the police report is out, the insurance company will reimburse my deductible.
