My service advisor Sandra was great! She kept me updated on the whole process and made sure to get my approval on even the minor details. My vehicle needed a good amount if repairs and some of the parts were hard to get but Sandra made sure to work it out. Also Rich? Was very helpful when I originally dropped off my car. I have never been in an accident or had body work done and I must say hat I am very impressed with Service King.
