My estimated completion was 5 pm on Sept. 24. Despite daily emails of how well things were going, I was not called until 5:20 pm on that date to be notified that repairs would take 2 days longer. Fortunately, this did not have a serious impact on my plans, but it could easily have been hugely inconvenient.

The service was great and the project was finished ahead of schedule. Laura at the front desk and Rey Solis were very helpful and friendly.
However, the section that was replaced/repaired isn't secured as tightly as its counterpart on the opposite side of the vehicle.
That section (the rear passenger-side quarter-panel behind the wheel well) can be moved with very little effort and clicks a bit when you do so ... as if it wasn't tightened enough.
The other side does not do that.
My concern is that a car wash (particularly one of the automated machine washes) might rip this panel off or exacerbate the looseness --- or it might start separating on its own accord from vibration over time.
It would be awesome to be able to bring it in for a quick check and tightening-up while I wait if possible.
