My second time to have car repairs here. From the moment I arrived Heather (front desk) made me feel at home. I needed a rental car and Plano SW makes it convenient by having an Enterprise Rental next door. Communication was excellent. Ivan called me almost daily to give me updates on the progress of my repairs. He also went the extra mile to ensure damage not reflected in my estimate was quickly and professionally addressed.
