All staff members were very nice. Everything was explained in a manner that I could understand what was going to be repaired on my car. My car was fixed quickly with assurance. My car looks great after the repair to my bumper! Thank you Service King!

It took a MONTH to repair my car. I know for a fact I could have taken it somewhere else, especially a smaller place and had it fixed in half that time. It was like pulling teeth to try and get someone to call me when there was an update, I received no emails the entire time about the progress of the repairs, and whenever I did talk to someone they talked down to me like I wasn't going to understand the real explanation. I do not feel like they took me seriously when I asked why it was taking so long, someone told me "well, you know there's no "magical formula" to fix cars quickly, they can't all be fixed the same way." You don't say ?!?! Also, what finally made me call my ins agent was a call I received about a broken windshield wiper switch they "found" when they were reassembling the car. They asked if I thought I had broken it in the wreck I had been in, I said no, I was hit at no more that 30 mph and my hands were resting in my lap at the time of the wreck. They told me they were just going to "count it as part of the wreck" so that my ins would pay for it to be fixed. That shouts "unprofessional!" That sounds a little bit too much like an accident that happened AT wades auto body that they didn't want to pay for themselves. Overall I was unsatisfied, will not be a returning customer and would not recommend wades autobody to anyone else.

Well it was different than any other experience I've had with car repair. The work done on my car was outstanding - down to the clean up at the end - and done very quickly. The constant updates were particularly appreciated. Staff was professional and courteous. Can't find anything to complain about.

Second time I've used your repair services--another wonderful experience. Daniel at the west Plano location was fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful.

My experience with Service King in McKinney, Texas was great! My service manager Gary was on top of each and every question or problem I had. I was very confident that he'd call me back each time he told me he would, it was great working with him. I would definitly recommend a friend to this location, the ladies up front were also very nice and helpful. Thanks Service King!!!

WELL THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THE REPAIR PEOPLE THAT PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER DID A GREAT JOB BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK IT COULD BE REPAIRED AND LOOK LIKE NEW AND IT LOOKS REAL GOOD.

John Petrosky was always great. Paint job was very good. Just some issues with mechanical parts of my car they did, messing up my door lock and weird sound my car made after picking it up.
