Communication was given as far as updates on where the car was in the repair process, however no information was ever really given on where parts were coming from, if parts were used or new, what parts needed to be replaced and what repairs were done to the car. More information would have been nice, especially since I still do not know exactly what was done

The car was not where they told us to pick it up . I drove 50 miles round trip to pick it up on a Saturday morning and when I saw the car there was overspray on the inside door panel, there was a large spot on the rear quarter panel that was scratched up and a piece was missing off of the top of the car . We were inconvienced and had to leave the car until monday and we will have to drive another 50 miles to get the car for the second time. I'm not happy at all. The person I called Friday said they did not know where my car was & didn't even know there was a location on pat booker. We were told that's where it would be but then it was sent to Ingram without our knowledge. I was Then told they couldn't take it to pat booker because they didnt have a way to do it. The only reason we chose service king is because our nephew Gabriel Uriegas works there and we like to support our family. The bill was wrong but we are honest enough to let service agent know. We had a couple of vehicles worked on when it was Alamo paint and were very satisfied. We are loyal to companies and refer people to companies that are service oriented. Hope this will make you aware of problems you may need to correct. I have no idea how you can make this up to us but there needs to be something done.

Doug kept me updated with the repair process and made the whole experience painless and hasstle free.
