Manny from your San Gabriel, CA location provided me excellent customer service. He kept me updated with the status/progress of the repair via email and phone call, which is very thoughtful and gave me peace of mind. He made sure to show me the repairs and informed me what were changed and why. He made sure all parts are functional after repair. When I told Manny that the carpet cover on the driver side's armrest (that's on the door by the window controller) disappeared, He immediately took a picture of it and told me he will have it ordered and will contact me when the replacement piece arrives. I am just another happy customer of yours.
