The front desk was always friendly. I never had to wait. I have been updated regularly by Sean. He was most helpful in explaining the process from start to finish, this being my First accident. He always asked and made sure every time we had contact that I was taken care of, understood, & was satisfied with all details as the progression of my car was being fixed. I have to say that I would personally recommend Service King and especially Sean, to anyone going though any similar vehicle issues. This was my first time going though this, and the whole journey I'd have to say was surprisingly easy. They sure do know what they are doing! I dropped my car off, they had a rental ready, I was updated about everyday. If I had concerns or questions Sean got right on it. When my car was ready, That too was easy...I left the rental keys with the front desk. Sean made sure I was satisfied with the work, even offering to put my sticker on as I had bought it prior, for that month during the time my car was in the shop. So I drove away VERY SAFE AND FEELING EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Please give that Sean worker a raise, he was running around helping all who walked though that door. Including going out of his way with me!! Like I said, he was even so nice as to put my car sticker on, so that when I left, I was More Than taken care of!! I can't say enough about this whole process. As I don't wish an accident on anyone, Service King and Sean made it a breeze for me!!

You are now my body shop of choice! I used to go to Jamy. They are nice folks, but workmanship isn't on par with your shop.
