Once you officially decide to bring your car to an E-star facility, your Esurance claims adjustor will conduct a conference call between you and the shop to schedule a time for inspection.

This means you will be able to see daily photos of your repairs in progress, follow along as your vehicle completeds the 10-step repair process in detail, get updates on the status of your repair as they are being done, and you'll be able to contact the shop directly!
