My wife and I were on vacation in Phoenix when we were struck by a driver trying to beat a red light. We were very shaken and had no idea what to do next. Someone suggested that ABC Nissan was near and as it turned out our insurance company said ABC was Mercury approved. We were able to drive to your facility and were immediatly met by many carring individuals who could see we were shaken and did much to make us comfortable. We soon met Jacob and he immediately moved our car up into a bay. He started making notes and taking photographs so that he could quickly converse with our insurance company. He got the clearance to go ahead and continued itemizing the damage. Others brought clip boards and helped fill out the paperwork needed for you and the insurance company. Your agent from Enterprise helped us get a car rental at very fair prices. We were able to leave our car feeling very confident that it was in good hands. Jacob and your team kept us informed daily . Jacob went out of his way to try and get our car completed sooner then estimated but he didnt want to compromise the good work that he and his techs were doing. When we finally came back to Phoenix we were amazed at the beautiful work that team had done. You would never know the car was in an accident. Many others have commented positively on the work.
