Most of the repair work was fine. Unfortunately Edition delays came from a wrong part being sent and late in the process and additional part being identified as being needed and at the same time being not readily available. Additionally the car was not returned clean there is dirt and mess and boot prints Etc in the vehicle. The inside should have been cleaned at the very least or detailed before return especially since you had the vehicle for a month.

No complaints! I was kept in contact regarding the status of my car the whole time. David was very good and seemed to really care about how good my car was looking with the repairs it needed. I also feel he went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the outcome. I would definitely use ABC Collision again.

Everyone I talked to was super nice and professional. The lady at the front desk, I can't remember her name but sure she'll remember me, was very nice and helped me out. Lynn was awesome and helped me every step of the way. This was the second time I went to you guys because I was taken care of the first time so well. And I plan on referring anyone who needs any repairs to your place.

I have had several opportunities to deal with the ABC Nissan Collision Department and each time I am amazed at the superior quality of their work. Their professionalism is above reproach. Everyone I have come in contact with has always been courteous, informing and professional.
