I don't think my car was thoroughly inspected and checked out to ensure no hidden damages occurred when it was hit. After being without my car for 2 weeks I got it back & it is not driving properly and when I advised the Trophy Nissan employee who hit my car of the shaking I experienced when I drove my car, he told me he doesn't see how it could be shaking because the damages he incurred to my car were only cosmetic. Then went on to question me about when was the last time I had my tires balanced and rotated and tried to blame the problem on me having aftermarket wheels. I informed him that i have never had any issues with my car shaking or pulling until now, after he hit it and after I received it back from Trophy Nissan repairing it. So I informed Dustin that I would now like to take my car to my regular dealership to be checked out and he told me I can't take my car to my dealership until I get approval from Trophy Nissan's insurance. I DO NOT APPRECIATE being told where I can take my car. I have the right to take my car where I please. My car has been damaged, through NO FAULT of my own by a Trophy Nissan employee and then I am the one being treated disrespectfully because I want my car repaired properly and restored to it's original operating condition, prior to being hit. I am not at all satisfied with this treatment. As this is not the first time this employee has implied that the damages he caused to my car were not major enough to cause certain damage or any injury. When I had informed Dustin that I was unable to complete a form & return it to him because I wasnt feeling well & had been to the Emergency room the night after the accident occurred. He promptly text me back and informed me that he had already notified the insurance company that he was driving less than 5mph when he hit me. Yet the amount of damage caused to my car clearly shows the speed at impact was more than 5mph, as well as the numerous witnesses who were standing outside and saw the entire accident and how it occurred and can confirm that I was sitting completely still, and not moving when I was hit. However, I never indicated in anyway that I went to the hospital due to injury from the accident, he quickly became defensive and proclaimed that he had already notified the insurance that he was driving less than 5mph. I, in no way ever claimed to want anything but for my car to be repaired properly and I am the one being inconvenienced and then treated as if I am the problem. I've had to miss work, leave work to come back and forth to Trophy Nissan, only to find after I texted and made arrangements for my car to be checked out, to get there and be told the mechanic has left for the day. This is a waste of my time, my gas and the inconvenience of coming and not receiving the service promised then having to schedule to come again the next day. I do not appreciate it!
