You guys had my car for a week and I got it back with it not being completely fixed. I asked Dustin if there was just nothing they could do about fixing the passenger side of my car and all he said was "no not really." I have been to you guys before for collision repair and even bought my car from the dealership, so I expected perfection this time as well. I was sorely disappointed and I will be calling someone higher up to get this fixed.

I have taken other vehicles to be repaired here and had a great prior experience. This experience was not great. The customer service part of this experience was awful.I never received an update on my vehicle unless I went up to the shop or called. They apparently had to reorder parts for my vehicle and this caused a delay with getting my car fixed in the quote time. I never received a phone call from Trophy telling me they had to reorder and that it would take longer. After going up to Trophy and trying to get to the bottom of the problem, I was told I would be contacted first thing the following Monday. I was not contacted at all. I actually had to call Trophy on that Wednesday. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before someone helped me. I was then told my vehicle would be done before lunch the next day, I didn't receive a phone call until 3pm the next afternoon. The repairs on my vehicle are great, although I am not sure I will ever use Trophy again because of the horrible communication!

My experience working with Dustin Abbott was great. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very helpful. The front desk staff and some of the other staff members were incredibly unprofessional. Having personal conversations while helping me and other customers. Also the repair on my vehicle was not complete. They replaced the door on my car and the body work does look great but my window doesn't work and my door doesn't lock correct. My key light was also on when I received my car, I would think that this would be an obvious sign that something isn't working. These things seem like something you should check before you return the customers car. When I called to let them know I was having theses problems she did not apologize or even act like she cared.
