The repair isn't quite perfect. Due to the damage being on the ridge of the bumper, I requested that it be replaced (Geico rep said it was to be repaired). My concern with repairing was that there would be a ripple where the plastic had flexed. Upon receiving the vehicle, I got home and shined a light across the upper part of the bumper, and it indeed has several ripples. My frustration is that it wasn't damaged due to any fault of mine, and I wanted the bumper to be in the condition it was prior to the damage.
Additionally, I had requested an update, and was told I would receive a call back in 5 minutes. After almost an hour, I called back and the receptionist told me that the service advisor was "on the road" and would be calling me in 5 minutes, and that they were busy with customers. I wasn't aware that I wasn't a customer.
