Tyler was great! My wife and I bought both our cars from Bell Honda, use Honda Financial and take our cars in for maintenance and carwashes. I got a text with an estimate that Bell Collision disavowed and never provided a satisfactory explanation for- the text came from Bell Collision and I felt that Bell sent me the estimate and then decided the estimate needed to be higher No one ever provided any explanation for this despite me asking twice The work on the car was good

thank you for your quality work on this! Only suggestion I would make is communication: don't recall if I got a chance to indicate my preferred method of communication - though I gave lots of contact info. My preferred is text, and I had a voicemail indicating "finished & ready to pick up" that I had not picked up for two days. My insurance company notified me that it would not cover my rental beyond a single extra day which caused me to look for communication from Bell. Your people were helpful and professional. A good experience. Thank you.
