Although I'm very grateful for all the extra hard work that was put in to get the laundry detergent out of my car's carpet, the smell is still noticeable. I laid was told that the smell will go away over time. I'm not happy with that conclusion. Thais is a brand new car. The smell also hurts my sinus's.

The car does not drive very well. My original contact left the company and delayed the repairs. The car needed an alignment, the person who gave me the car (Tim) and the director ( Michael Cook) made every excuse why they couldn’t do the alignment including blaming it on my insurance company. But when I spoke to my adjuster, she had no problem getting the alignment done and paying for the alignment. No one from Ford Collision department even spoke to her. I wonder what else was not done properly. Not a good look for Joe Myers Ford.
